Remembering, like a relieving approach, is one of the special characteristics of mankind. Once Niche, the German philosopher, said that memory and language are the two infinite foes of human being. In this concept, Niche has conceptualized memory as paralyzing machine in the face of time being passed, and assumed this as a semi-emotional hindrance on the way to reformation and change. But isn’t remembering itself as a relieving approach, in today’s world where human being is witnessing the decline of the concept of future in a monster called capitalism, a more reasonable response to Niche’s assumption? Yes, meanwhile remembering is a hazardous action. Since every nostalgic deed is accompanied by a form childish-hood, and consistently willing to refer to its origin, in a dull period like this, remembering can be a self-agonizing as well that among all beings can only be done by mankind. For a generation born, studied, grown, fallen in love, failed and every time assembled their pieces, and reconstructed, how does nostalgic deed fill the void of their life? Necessity to relieving nostalgia, despite of being a common prescription, in nature is a thorough individual deed. A territory which is mysterious and private and outside regulations and relations cannot interfere to this. This might be the last stronghold to which mankind could seek refuge from war.

To remember, we don’t need and external motive or provocation. Every time needed, without interference of any external phenomenon, we can activate the hidden image displaying device in our mind and leave harbor ourselves to its relieving waves. War generation, has not had a lovely childhood, yet it looks that even referring to that childhood is somehow relieving. Maybe because in the course of childhood, they could not realize a disaster as well as they do in adulthood. In fact they were more indifferent which is a proof to Niche’s saying; the load on their memory was lighter. While remembering the past, We cannot draw a straight line or create a confident and exact narration. This is the characteristic of our mind; we only visualize vague, exaggerated and foggy images and set them as we need. The most significant characteristic of relieving nostalgia might be the sense of freedom that it gives us. While remembering, we generously subtilize and set them together as we desire. We place colorful filters on them and eventually create the reliving narration that we desire form the past inconsistent range of events. Remembering, like a relieving deed, is the last stronghold for mankind individualism in the face of assaults of outside and relations of a group that in the dull period, are severely declining and against nostalgia.
